The 1/12 Horsepower, 3450 rpm motor is heavy duty and suspension mounted for a smooth and vibration-free operation. The motor is protected by an auto-reset breaker for motor longevity. Separate Motor and Heat switches along with variable heat control allow the operator complete flexibility to produce perfect cotton candy under any conditions. The high output head is removable without the use of tools and is submergible for easy cleaning. This head design is the only NSF approved design on the market today which means it can be used virtually anywhere. The tubular heater is much more durable than ordinary ribbon style heaters that fail and clog easily. Optional "Roll-top Bubble: The revolutionary design of this bubble top allows the cooking chamber to be completely covered from dust, insects or airborne particles while not in use. The unique roll-top provides easy one hand access to the production compartment. It slips on to the spun aluminum bowl without tools. The Automatic Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker. This ice cream maker produces 1 1/2 qts. of soft serve ice cream, yogurt, sorbet, or sherbet in 35 minutes without the need for chemicals, salt, or ice, and allows you to mix your own toppings from three separate hoppers that automatically dispense nuts, cookie crumbles, and sprinkles through a funnel directly into a tube of frozen confection as it falls into a waiting bowl at the push of a button. The unit operates from a single switch, and its double-insulated freezer bowl holds its temperature (requires 12 hours of freezing prior) while mixing all the ingredients needed to make any of the products; a single lever dispenses soft-serve (harder ice cream must be removed from the freezer bowl). The cabinet of the machine is made from stainless steel and aluminum for years of durability and ease of cleaning. The three side panels of the sno-cone machine all use tempered glass panels for safety. These glass panels are very easy to clean and will not yellow or scratch. The serving compartment is illuminated to highlight the freshly shaved ice for operator ease and increased impulse sales. Sno-Cone Holder: This optional sno-cone holder is made of easy-to-clean and rugged stainless steel. It hold up to 6 sno-cones. Sno-Cone Machine Yield: The size of the Sno-Cone cups is 5.75 ounce. The machine will crush up to 512 pounds of ice per hour. Technically you could make 600-700 sno-cones per hour, but it would require two people (one to crush the ice, one to serve).
