The pumps can not be used to dispense gas because of current environmental and safety regulations.

All shipments are insured. Shipping to Overseas locations can cost an additional between $400 - 800. Also check with your country's custom regulations, because you may have to pay custom and brokage fees when you receive the item. In some countries that can add 15 - 20% to the cost of the item.
